A PeriMama subscription simply means one less thing to think about. Your orders renew automatically every 30 days so what you rely on arrives when you need it. Subscribers also receive preferred pricing, priority shipping, and consistent access to stock.


Flexible, with room for real life

You’re always in control. You can cancel your subscription anytime after your first renewal. We simply ask that cancellation requests are submitted at least 7 days before your next billing date.

You can manage everything through your account portal, or by emailing support@theperimama.com. To keep things clear and organized, cancellations aren’t processed through phone or social media.


Pauses and skips when life gets full

Life doesn’t run on a perfect schedule, and we understand that. You can pause or skip a shipment once every three billing cycles. Just let us know at least 7 days before your next order processes and we’ll take care of the rest.


Subscription orders

Once a subscription order has been processed and shipped, it can’t be refunded. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact support@theperimama.com and we’ll make it right.

Our 30-Day Confidence Guarantee applies to first-time purchases and does not apply to subscription renewals.


Price lock protection

Your subscription price is locked for six months. If pricing changes in the future, we’ll always provide at least 14 days notice.
